41-47 Blackall Street, Canberra

"The Landmark", located beside the lake in Canberra, is a large residential complex of 281 units in its six levels which needed of a facade repaint, render repairs and some resealing of damaged joints.

During the completion of the cleaning, painting and restoring our crew was keen in each detail of carefully covering each balcony glass balustrade. Also, there was special care in the garden whenever working in the facade as our client’s specification was required.

Our unique scaffold-free system PEARs made this requirement possible as it allowed us to reach every corner quietly and unobtrusively.

To meet every challenge, we worked closely with consultants and the building management, achieving the best results possible in the time-frame and budget planned and the client satisfaction with the outcome.

Consultants were inspecting the job every week and our team made sure they were satisfied with our work.

"The Landmark" has extensive and beautiful gardens and our tradesmen were careful to avoid damaging any part of it.
