Eora on Abbot hasn’t been repainted since its was constructed 15 years ago. John found that there weren’t any alternatives to painting and renovating the exterior of the building aside from scaffolding because of its structure. He found a brochure from CPR describing our unique access system using rope access to paint. When CPR arrived, there were extended render repairs as the large portions of the paint had started peeling and it affected the buildings façade. They decided that the Apartment needed to have its exterior repaired and a new coat of paint to restore their building façade.

After

Peter was feeling unsure of what colour the building should be repainted, and CPR was able to consult them on what colours would complement their building with consideration to the previous colour it was painted. At the end they decided to use the same colour as the original paint to keep their building colour consistent. The size of the apartment made it easy for our tradesmen to repair any cracked or peeled render and our unique PEARs system helped make it a quick job. Our client was satisfied with the results and time required to complete the transformation.
